It's a HOE (Hands-On-Equations) down in 5th grade. It's happening about every school day recently.

Students are actively engaged in the Hands-On Equations. The program involves learning basic math and algebra skills through the use of manipulatives in order to meet National Council of Teachers of Mathematics (NCTM) standards.
